Very courteous staff. Excellent services all around. Though little far away from the beach, but, it’s a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious. The restaurant staff is very friendly & we were able to get especially my wife the food of her choice curtesy the Chef’s. A word of appreciation for all the staff at the restaurant but one individual stands out is Sharmika.

We Just had our Family Holiday in this Lovely Property in South Goa. Nicely Build Portugues Villas with all the necessary and modern amenities, Large Pool, Children Play area, Open Garden with lots of Palm trees. We really loved their Hospitality; staffs were really helpful and responded very nicely. But if you a looking for a property with a Beach side view, this not. The beach is really far, although at a walkable distance, but still far. A Special mention to one of their Hospitality Staff Ms. Pushpanjali Jii, she was amazingly courteous, and helpful. This could be an appreciation post as well because of her timely response and behaviour we felt like it's our home only. Further, if you like peaceful and quite atmosphere, then South Goa is definitely for you, but if you want to explore the Night life of Goa, Go visit North Goa, this property is definitely far away from that lifestyle, but you can easily get rental vehicles nearby this property only.

The service was very nice. Pushpanjali made our stay very comfortable. The room was always clean and the staff was available round the clock. We got everything we asked for whenever we asked the staff. The bathrooms were always the cleanest every time.
